PA.O: Often times people click by accident, etc. “fat finger clicks.” Might they be removed from the White List?

Ben Trenda: Not if they are behaving in a normal human way. It’s less about what you do and more about how you do it.

PA.O: Is there a third-party that confirms your audience is 100% human?

Ben Trenda: No since we’re really doing something unique here, but what we do see is that when you target real humans performance goes up (bots don’t buy things). So you don’t have to take our word that you’re reaching real people, you can see the results in a campaign with better ROI.

PA.O: Is the pool of 200 million users ever-growing and changing? How so?

Ben Trenda: Yes it’s changing every day. Hackers can hijack a real device using malware, at which point that user will no longer behave human and they will be removed from the list. Once the malware is removed and the user behaves human again they will be added back. The total size of the whitelist is growing every day as we see more users in more situations. We’re currently distributed on more than 3 million websites, but that number is growing.
